Competitive Fall Reminder
Please be advised that the last day of summer training is Tuesday August 31st. The final registration date for the 2010 - 2011competitive season of August 16th has passed. For those of you who haven't registered, please get your forms into the office as soon as possible or contact the office to make arrangements. Gymnasts will not be permitted on the floor to train after August 31st if payment and completed registration forms have not been received by the office. For those that have registered for the upcoming season - thank you! The first day of fall training will begin on Wednesday September 1st.
Competitive Used Uniform Sale
If your gymnast has outgrown their competitive uniform or you wish to sell your child’s uniform, we are accepting gently items for resale. The new and used uniform sale will be held in mid September. Read more...

Our Summer camps are full for the rest of the summer. We are no longer accepting registrations into our summer program. Make sure to register for the fall program as spaces are filling up. Flicka Gymnasts Fly High
Four Flicka gymnasts, Scott Morgan, Taylor Ricci, Tamara Kuno and Kal Neimer, recently attended the Canadian Gymnastics Championships in Kamloops, BC. We are very proud of their successes. All four athletes did very well, with Scott Morgan coming home as the Canadian National Men's Open Champion! In addition, Taylor Ricci was just named to the Canadian National Gymnastics Team! Way to go Taylor! Congratulations to all of these athletes and their dedicated coaches, Dorina Stan, Vali Stan and Vasi Cosariu. Read more...

Vali Stan wins 2009 Stan Wilkes Provincial Coach of the Year Award
Flicka Gymnastics is very proud of Vali Stan, Head of the Boy's Gymnastics Program, who recently won the 2009 Stan Wilkes Provincial Coach of the Year Award! Vali works very hard coaching both boys and girls in the competitive program and this award is a reflection of his dedication and skill. At the same event, Flicka gymnast Kal Nemier won the Richard Ikeda National Level Athlete of the Year award.

Flicka Gymnasts Attend Canadian National Championships!
Scott, Lauren, Kai, Shan, Tamara and Taylor were all chosen to represent Team BC and Flicka gymnastics at the 2009 Canadian National Championships last spring. The gymnasts all performed well, with Kal Nemier placing 1st All Around in the National Youth Men category. We're really proud of all our athletes!! Way to go!
